As part of the Science department, Physics occupies Labs 1, 2 and 3 of
the 10 fully equipped science labs at In S1 and S2, Physics is taught as part of the 5-14 Curriculum within the science department. There are 6 assessments in total which determine the route that pupils will follow from S3. In S3/S4 the courses offered are Intermediate 1 and Standard Grade Physics. Currently in S5 we offer Intermediate 2 and Higher Physics. S6 pupils can opt to study Intermediate 2, Higher or Advanced Higher Physics. The possible routes are shown below.
